# Privacy Notice (KVKK)

### \1. Data Controller

Pursuant to the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "KVKK"), your personal data is processed by SecureSys Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. ("SecureSys" or the "Company") in its capacity as data controller, within the scope described below.

### \2. Personal Data Processed

If you fill out the contact form on our website, the following personal data may be processed:

- Name and surname
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Company information (if provided)
- Role / title (if provided)
- Information you share within the content of your message
- IP address, date and time information (for security purposes)

### \3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

- Contacting you,
- Evaluating your requests, suggestions and complaints,
- Providing information about our products and services,
- Preparing quotations and carrying out sales processes,
- Responding to technical support requests,
- Carrying out information security processes,
- Fulfilling legal obligations,
- Serving as evidence in potential disputes.

### \4. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is collected electronically through automated means via the contact form on our website.

This data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely:

- Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract,
- Processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller,
- Enabling the provision of the service requested by the data subject,
- Fulfilment of legal obligations.

### \5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to:

- Public institutions and organizations legally authorized to receive it,
- Courts and competent administrative authorities,
- Authorized persons and organizations within the scope of legal obligations,
- Business partners from whom we receive information technology, hosting, email and technical infrastructure services,

within the framework of the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

SecureSys does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes and does not share it for marketing purposes without your consent.

### \6. Data Security

SecureSys takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of personal data, and applies up-to-date security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration or unlawful processing.

### \7. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- Request its deletion or destruction within the conditions provided for under the KVKK,
- Request that correction, deletion or destruction operations be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Object to a result arising against you solely from analysis carried out by automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing.

### \8. Method of Application

You may submit your requests under the KVKK:

- In writing,
- Through your registered electronic mail (KEP) address,
- Using a secure electronic signature or mobile signature,
- Through the email address you have previously notified to us and which is registered in our system,

to SecureSys Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti.

Your applications will be concluded free of charge within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
